Booking Confirmation A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Booking will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.

Mid-Term Payment An additional 40% of the package amount must be paid 15 days prior to travel. Hotel vouchers and sightseeing confirmations will be shared after this stage.

Final Payment The remaining 30% of the payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date. Full payment is mandatory before travel documents (final vouchers, tickets) are released.

Refund Policy 1. General Refund Terms Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and service taxes.

Refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days from the date of written cancellation request. 2. Force Majeure & Exceptional Scenarios In case of natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemic lockdowns, refunds will be processed only if suppliers (hotels/transporters) agree to waive off charges.

Where applicable, credit vouchers may be issued in place of refunds for future use within 12 months. 4. Non-Refundable Charges Airfare/train tickets once booked are non-refundable unless specified as refundable. Travel insurance, visa fees, and optional activities are non-refundable.

Any advance paid to secure early bird offers or high-demand dates (festive periods, long weekends) is strictly non-refundable. 5. Refund Process Submit your cancellation request in writing via email or WhatsApp. A confirmation and refund breakdown will be shared within 48 hours.

Approved refund amount will be credited within 7–10 working days (excluding holidays).

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days. All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash. 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

1. Booking Process Clients must provide accurate personal information and contact details at the time of booking to ensure smooth processing.

Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of services and receipt of payment. For advance booking, we require a booking amount of 30% of the total package cost.

Payments can be made via Cheque, UPI, or Net Banking (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS) to our bank account mentioned below. Partial payments may be required during the plan.

The balance payment must be cleared 7 days before the departure date.

Booking Procedures: Provide clear instructions on how customers can book the Bali package. This could include online booking forms, contacting a travel agent, or any other designated method.

Package Inclusions: Detail what is included in the Bali package. This could cover accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, and any other services provided as part of the package.

Package Exclusions: Clearly state what is not included in the package. This might include additional meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities, etc.

Payment Terms: Outline the payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment options (if any), and the deadline for full payment. Specify accepted payment methods.

Travel Insurance: Recommend or require that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. Responsibilities of the Traveler: Clearly outline the responsibilities of the traveler, such as ensuring they have the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), complying with local laws and customs, and behaving responsibly during the trip.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 8-15 days or more before departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval. Changes and Modifications: Changes to travel dates or the itinerary may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable charges.

The agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.

Transportation:Round-trip airfare or transportation to and from the destination.Airport transfers to and from the hotel.Transport for sightseeing tours, excursions, and transfers between cities. Accommodation:Accommodation in well-reviewed hotels or resorts.Breakfast included (some packages may include other meals).Ensuring accommodations are centrally located for easy access to attractions and amenities.

Sightseeing and Activities:Guided tours of key attractions with knowledgeable local guides.Entrance fees to museums, historical sites, and other attractions.Optional activities or excursions (e.g., snorkeling, hiking, cultural experiences). Meals:Some meals may be included, typically breakfast.

However, depending on the package, additional meals may also be included (lunches, dinners).Dietary preferences and restrictions should be accommodated wherever possible.
