The rules that apply to every booking
These terms apply to every booking made with Dream Holiday Arcade Pvt Ltd.
Booking confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as applicable, is received and acknowledged by Dream Holiday Arcade Pvt Ltd.
Pricing and payments
Prices quoted are based on availability, fares, taxes and exchange rates at the time of booking. Any increase in airline fuel surcharge, government tax or supplier fee may result in a price revision.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation charges vary based on airline, hotel and service provider policies. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deducting cancellation and service fees and may take 7 to 21 business days.
Changes and amendments
Date changes, name corrections and itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.
Travel documents
Passports, visas, insurance and other travel documents are the traveller's responsibility. We provide guidance but are not liable for rejection, delay or denial by any authority.
Visa assistance
Visa support is advisory in nature. Approval, processing time and the final decision rest solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
Airline and supplier policies
Airlines, hotels and other service providers have their own terms. We act as a booking facilitator and are not responsible for schedule changes, delays, overbooking or service disruptions.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for losses due to illness, accident, trip cancellation, baggage loss or other unforeseen events.
Force majeure
We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest or government restrictions.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage or additional expenses incurred during travel through third party service providers.
Special requests
Special requests for meals, rooms, seats or accessibility are forwarded to suppliers but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Acceptance of terms
By confirming a booking, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
