Visa Type

Tourist Visa (Single Entry)

This visa is issued for tourism purposes. It allows a single entry into Thailand with a stay period generally up to 60 days. It is suitable for travelers who intend to visit Thailand for sightseeing, vacations, or visiting friends and relatives. Extension of stay may be possible at local immigration offices.

Tourist Visa (Multiple Entry)

This visa permits multiple entries into Thailand within a 6-month validity. Each visit typically allows a stay of up to 60 days for tourism purposes. It is ideal for frequent travelers or those who plan multiple short visits to Thailand during the visa validity period.

Documents We Need

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of arrival in Thailand).

  • Completed visa application form.

  • Two recent color passport-size photographs (35mm x 45mm).

  • Visa fee payable as per visa type.

  • Proof of onward travel may be required.

  • Additional documents depend on the visa category (e.g., business invitations for Non-Immigrant B visa).

  • Optional services like document authentication or expedited processing may incur extra charges.

  • Indian travelers are not required to show confirmed flight bookings for visa application but should provide intended travel plans.

  • Visa on Arrival available for certain categories, but prior visa application is recommended for convenience

  • Indian passport holders must have a valid visa to enter Thailand unless using visa exemption (up to 60 days for tourism).

  • Passport validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of arrival in Thailand.

  • Visa application: Applicants must fill out the visa application form accurately and submit all required documents.

  • Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs are mandatory.

  • Visa fees: Must be paid as per the visa type; fees are non-refundable regardless of approval status.

  • Multiple entry visas allow re-entries as per validity, but each stay is generally limited to 60 days.

  • Extensions of stay must be applied through Thai Immigration Offices within Thailand.

  • Proof of sufficient funds or onward travel may be required at port of entry.

  • Visa on Arrival holders are allowed a stay of up to 15 days and should have confirmed accommodation and return tickets.

Important Notes

Bank statements should not be old then 5 days.
