Terms & Conditions – Dream Holiday USA

 

  1. Booking Confirmation
    All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) is received and acknowledged by Dream Holiday USA.

  2. Pricing & Payments
    Prices quoted are based on current availability, fares, taxes, and exchange rates at the time of booking. Any increase in airline fuel surcharge, government tax, or supplier fee may result in a price revision.

  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    Cancellation charges vary based on airline, hotel, and service-provider policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation and service fees and may take 7–21 business days.

  4. Changes & Amendments
    Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.

  5. Travel Documents
    Passports, visas, insurance, and other travel documents are the traveler’s responsibility. Dream Holiday USA provides guidance but is not liable for rejection, delay, or denial by authorities.

  6. Visa Assistance
    Visa support is advisory in nature. Approval, processing time, and final decisions rest solely with the respective embassy or consulate.

  7. Airline & Supplier Policies
    Airlines, hotels, and other service providers have their own terms. Dream Holiday USA acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, overbooking, or service disruptions.

  8. Travel Insurance
    Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Dream Holiday USA is not responsible for losses due to illness, accidents, trip cancellations, baggage loss, or unforeseen events.

  9. Force Majeure
    The company is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.

  10. Liability Limitation
    Dream Holiday USA shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred during travel due to third-party service providers.

  11. Special Requests
    Special requests (meals, rooms, seats, accessibility) are forwarded to suppliers but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

  12. Acceptance of Terms
    By confirming a booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
